At Alpstrek.com all products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong product

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alpstrek.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@alpstrek.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.
